I Have Had Usual Stools W Long Strands Of Mucus,

I have had usual stools w long strands of mucus, some times cottons like, (and do have major sinus issues) and what looks to be like specks of rice, and not haven't eaten in few days so stools are bright orange., since then I'm constipated and have had flaking on corners of my mouth and in last several hours top half of left lips swelling dramatically. I have an app for colonoscopy but keep delaying due to work issues. I do not have the best diet but my stools are certainly off kilter
