I Have Had Vaginal Soreness And Burning For About 2

I have had vaginal soreness and burning for about 2 weeks. I have been taking prescribed anti biotics and the symptoms have not stopped. I have been treated for a urinary tract infection. There is not any discharge. I don't have burning sensation when I urinate.. I don't have any itching, just a burning sensation in my vagina. I am 75 years old and have not had sex in quite a while. Any suggestions?
