I Have Had Very Bad Headache For A Few Weeks

I have had very bad headache for a few weeks had to take Mersyndol to control it. since then the headache have become less intense and I only feel it when shaking my head or walking the steps radiating up into my head, about a week ago I lost half of my already bad hearing (suffering from tinnitus) then a few days ago it partly came back, what could this be? had a cat scan (negative didn't show anything) vision and balance control are ok
