I Have Had Very Bad Knee Pain In Both Knees.

I have had very bad knee pain in both knees. Left side is worst it also is in my arms and my shoulders. I have been in pain for 6-8 weeks. I have been to my Dr. and she put me on steroids and muscle relaxers but they have not helped. Not sure who to go to now..
