I Have Had Very Watery Stools With Gas And Mucus

I have had very watery stools with gas and mucus also seem bloated. My age is 64 I am otherwise in excellent health. I work out at the gym for 2 !/2 hrs 4 times a week and have since college. My stools have been loose for along time but I assume this was because of high fiber diet with fruits, vegetables and nuts. I have had allergies throughout my life and take generic cetirizine for hay fever so I figured mucus occasionally may be normal but now very runny and light colored mucus like diarrhea. Is this indicative of a bowel obstruction or colorectal cancer ?
