I Have Had What I Thought Was A Bladder Infection,

I have had what i thought was a bladder infection, needing to go frequently and in the last two days i have pain on my left lower side at the mid section . Not all the time. I have had kidney stones in the past and can't remember if this is how it starts. Could it be?
