I Have Had What Seems To Be Constant Chest Congestion

I have had what seems to be constant chest congestion and I feel tightness sometimes when I breathe and it is overall uncomfortable with the tightness and congestion and it makes it very difficult to sleep at night. I took an antibiotic as prescribed and the issue is back. I don't know what this could be.
