I Have Had Wheezing And Coughing Since The Beginning Of

I have had wheezing and coughing since the beginning of January. I went to outpatient 1 month after and he said I had acute bronchitis. Took antibiotics and inhaler .. Still had wheezing and coughing. Had a regular chest X-ray. Negative. Have appointment with pulmonary this week. I have it worse in am and evening I hear noises coming from my breathing upon exhaling. Do you think I should have CT of chest ? What could be causing this. I wake up feeling exhausted and have bags under eyes. This is all new since January
