I Have Half Lip Swollen , With An Painless White

I have half lip swollen , with an painless white ulcer in mouth on same side of swollen lip. My ace level is 85. Mantaux test -- 22 mm positive. Serum Ca -- Normal, Stool test -- 3 days is normal. Also biopsy done is normal , just showing inflammation . What problem it can be..?
