I Have Hand Dermatitis And I Started To Use Elidel

I have hand dermatitis and i started to use elidel as i did a couple of times before but the response of elidel seems to be extremely slow this time up to how long sure i use it to see some results? also, will i be able to use it together with echinaceathat is also an inmuno suppressant or, is it anything else that can speed up the anti imflammatory effect to help elidel work faster?
