I Have Hard Lumps In The Lower Left Side Of

I have hard lumps in the lower left side of my belly I was just wondering if its just constipation or if it could be some kind of hardening of my intestines or cancer or something. my stools have become really hard and less frequent in the past 3 months or so . the lumps come to the surface when I wake up in the morning and urinate and sometimes throughout the day . it kinda feels like golfballs packed in a sock singlefile but they are about a third the size of a golf ball though . and im broke that's why im looking it up on here so if I could get a free answer thatd be cool so I don't have to go to er and not pay cause I don't have the money for it.
