I Have Has Urine Test Over A 2 Year Period

I have has urine test over a 2 year period on my ER visits for my heart, and it comes back 1 in the rbc/hpf column, in the epithelial cells column it always says " rare squamous epithelial" and under urine mucous it says "rare" again. I have had ongoing painful problems with uretheral burning. What does this report mean.
