I have have a bad abscessed tooth and gums for over six months and I am feared that it's has gone into my blood stream I think it is attacking my heart and today I have been feeling like I maybe having a heart attack I don't have insurance can't afford a trip to the but I really need to get on some antibiotics as soon as possible can you help me please
