I Have Have Two Rectal Examinations And They Have Found

I have have two rectal examinations and they have found nothing wrong except a few warts. However when I am at home and relax my anal sphincter i can see in a mirror its quite lumpy and there are whitish areas, that are semi solid. Im worried I have warts internally but the doctors are missing them as they are not looking under the same circumstances. What could it be? Is it normal? I was given warticon cream and just put it on the lumps hopefully that will sort it out?
