I Have Having Discomfort/bloating In My Stomach Area, And Some

I have having discomfort/bloating in my stomach area, and some kidney discomfort and have had less bowel movements than usual and they are dark black. My lower stomach is not feeling bloated, it starts at my mid-stomach. I can't see this being normal constipation as I have been eating a high fiber diet and have previously had very regular stool movements.
