I Have Headaches (not Migraines) With Heavy Menses, Can Not

I have headaches (not migraines) with heavy menses, can not lose weight (gluten free 3 years+ 1400-1600 calories/day) exercise mild to moderate at least three times a week. Temperature's normally around 96.1 in the morning. The thyroid test is always normal. Could this be hypothyroid. I see a NP as my PCM (military health care)
