I Have Heart Attack Type Pain In My Chest, Have

I have heart attack type pain in my chest, have had tests and my heart is fine! Since being on meds I now have Gout in my thumb (very severe) and I have never had that before but it does run in my family. The meds that I am taking is for high blood pressure (185/78) my age is 87 female.
