I Have Heart Burn And Acid Reflux Very Very Bad.

I have heart burn and acid reflux very very bad. I am currently on nexium 40 mg in am and Zantac 300 mg in pm. I still have heart burn even with taking this. I also feel bloated a lot and stay constipated. Only passing stool 1-2 times a week. My stomach is very distended. I don't eat much at all but never loose any weight stay the same or gain. Very uncomfortable at times. Reflux can be so bad I vomit at night for relief. Last time I vomitted I was also constipated and I vomitted liquid black. Next day finally passed stool but only after taking dulcolax. Stool was very very hard and I bled from it. Please help. I don't have ins currently. Anything that could provide relief please. Thanks.
