I Have Heart Disease, Trigeminal Neuralgia, Was In A Car

I have heart disease, trigeminal neuralgia, was in a car accident last Tuesday and hurt my very lower back in the middle and now it is on both sides. I also had a very bad headache which is gone. while performing a Cat scan they noticed that I had a Solid Mass on my left Kidney. Prior to the car accident I had become super tired. I am so tired right now that is is effecting my work. What can I do to feel better? Could this mass make me fee so tired? My heart? I was just checked and everything was ok. I am on a lot of meds for all these conditions which has never caused me a problem. Please help
