I Have Heart Failure And I Get Bad Headaches When

I have heart failure and I get bad headaches when I was in the hospital for my pacemaker they gave me tramadol and it worked greatly
But now I can't find anybody that will prescribe it for me. And I can only take certain otc mess cause iam on blood thinners
