I Have Heart Failure Went Down To 20 On Refraction

I have heart failure went down to 20 on refraction scale but am now at 40. Was prescribed carina ctrl so that it would control my blood pressure. I read that this medicine relaxes arteries so that blood ow increase and slows Dowthe heart. However I dint have watery or cholesterol problems and since I am at 40 to me it doesn't make sense to relax my heart?
