I Have Heavy Bleeding Since Last Periods Commencement And It

I have heavy bleeding since last periods commencement and it lasted since 30days ultrasound detected fibroid in bulky uterous and fibroid size is 2.8*2.85cms. I am 43 and doc recommended duoloton l 250+0.05 twice and tranexemic acid thrice a day. For 3days elae go to uterous removal. My querry is to take second opinion and should duoloton l be take once or twice a day. Is surgery must i have already gone thru c section twice in yr 1999&2001and tubectomy as well.
