I Have Heavy Congestion In My Chest Only, With No

I have heavy congestion in my chest only, with no fever, when I cough to try and expel the phlegm I get a bad headache from coughing so hard. Does this sound like bronchitis? I have been taking mucinex and robitusson DM since Christmas. I am getting stuff out its just when I do start coughing it is very intense.
