I Have Hemorrhoids That Swell Up When I Have A

I have hemorrhoids that swell up when I have a bowel movement to the point where they are up to the opening of my vaginal opening. they bleed and hurt and makes having sex impossible until they shrink. I'm currently using a cream called proctosol.I am on Plavix due to a stroke 3 years ago. I want to know if they can be removed surgically without any problems.
