I Have Hepc And Chirrosis Of The Liver, Diabetes High

I have hepc and chirrosis of the liver, diabetes high blood pressure, sleep apnea and thyroid disease low one. I have been having problems itching all over especially in the musle areas and feet scalp. I feel like I'm freaking out can't get any relief. I also experience intense itching inside my earsz nothing helps if I take benadryl I can't drive. Also have been given a drug once call amytrilyn but kept off balance oh and I also have Vertigo so something don't agree with that. I need help
