I Have Here The Result Of My Ultrasound, And States

I have here the result of my Ultrasound, and states that " 1) The liver is normal in size with homogeneous parenchymal echopattern. 2) Its echogenecity is increased. There is no focal lesion seen. 3) The hepatorenal angle and inferior edge sharpness are maintained. 4) The intrahepatic duct are not dilated. 5) The Gallbladder measuring 7.6cm x 3.2cm x 3.3 cm is in normal size. Galbladder wall is diffusely thickened measuring 0.44cm. Medium and high amplitude shadowing echoes are seen intraluminally. Size range of stones is 0.41cm to 1cm." What does this mean ?
