I Have Hernia And Getting Very Pain In My Left

I have hernia and getting very pain in my left side of my colon and at the same time I have severe constipation, every alternate day I have to take 2 sensodine tablet in order to soften my stool.but when I go for bowl passing it takes little longer time to get my stool out but it comes with blood, I look at internet weather it is due to piles or development colon cancer.
