I Have Hernia Caused Maybe By IBS Or Inflammation Of

I have hernia caused maybe by IBS or inflammation of the bowels from bad eating ways or food, or from constant constipation, or all. I have been taking care of it by eating slowly and less and eliminating bad food such as oil and greace, and walking, and using home-made truss. It is getting better but slowly, sometimes it goes in all day. Seems it has changed from stomach pushing out instead of one specific bulge. Please can you give more insight, and there is chance it heals completly?
