I Have Herniated Disk On My Lower Back ( L4-L5,

I have herniated disk on my lower back ( L4-L5, S1) I'm in pain 24/7 and this is causing me to have trouble when I go to the bathroom. To the point that I don't go for a week or more. Right now I have that feeling, but I just sit there and nothing happens in part because of the pain. What should I do??
