I Have Herniated Lumbar Discs And My Cervicals Spine Is

I have herniated lumbar discs and my cervicals spine is also vrooked. I also have scoliosis and my spine is starting to touch my hip. dd to that 2 torn rotator cuffs. My doctor took me off pain meducation, but offered Ambien for insomnia. I think I need a new doctor. What do you think? I went to him for dry mouth and he said I went in for gout. I went off the gout medicine on my own a month ago and so far, I'm ok. I can't afford to pay, so I guess you won't answer.
