I Have Hidradenitis Suppurativa I Get This When I Consume

I have hidradenitis suppurativa
I get this when I consume dairy in large amounts .. last time when I had dairy they formed sinuses tracts that are not healing and discharging puss
Can something be done to reduce the discharge ?? I feel an increase in discharge when I have too much sweet or starchy food.. can it be true or just an illusion. .
I am not obese and don't smoke
