I Have High LDL Values (total 303, LDL=215) But High
I have high LDL values (total 303, LDL=215) but high HDL (62), normal Triglycerides, no diabetes. I eat healthy vegetatrien diet and stay active. how can I reduce my LDL by non-drug methods? why my LDL is high when my HDL is high which help transport LDL to lever and not eat unhealthy and all the factors that is known to cause high LDL?
