I Have High Blood Pressure And Am On AMD (?)

I have high blood pressure and am on AMD (?) BP is 145/85 I also use a bi-pap machine at night. I am having congestion that comes and goes. Lying down it comes on and when I sit up it reduces. Might this have anything to with heart failure? I did have a severe case of Malaria three years ago Platelets were down to 5500 for three days.
