I Have High Blood Pressure And Diabetes That I Do

I have high blood pressure and diabetes that I do not control. My former girlfriend has herpes and when we first met we had unprotected sex. I am 54. We are have not been together for 2 years now and over the past 3-4 months I have noticed my penis, especially the head and right underneath the glans there is an odor and sometimes a oily feeling. Could this be from bacterial, fungi, or related to my kidneys/bladder associated with my HBP or diabetes?
