I Have High Blood Pressure (and On Medication), High Cholesterol

I have high blood pressure (and on medication), high cholesterol (and on medication). Three years ago, I had a blood clot in my brain (no lasting damage). However, the last two days I've been very dizzy. Should I go to my doctor or seek immediate medical assistance?
