I have high blood pressure and take Enalapril daily for that. I've been feeling run down for 3 days now. I feel I'm burning up but am cool to the touch. Slight fever, slight cough, I've had congestion for quite awhile now, but most annoying is the rapid heartbeat. What could it likely be?
