I Have High Blood Pressure And Take Metropolis Attracts 50

I have high blood pressure and take metropolis attracts 50 mg 2 x daily. I haven't been feeling well, I have a bit of a headache and have been sweating (which isn't unusual for me). I took my pressure in the last hour several times and the highest has been 162 / 76 and the last time it was 154 / 69.
Due to this headache and readings (and being responsible for two handicapped family members in my home) I just took 1/4 tablet of my blood pressure med. This is the first time I have done this...should I be concerned?
