I Have High Blood Pressure But Always Under Control With

I have high blood pressure but always under control with Meds until......8 days ago I went from a normal pulse 62 or 63 but suddenly that day my heart was acting strange for 3 hours and when I checked my Blood pressure with my blood pressure cuff a few hours later my pulse was 102, then the next day and every day since pulse has increased to this a.m. 137. I did have a Pacemaker implant early in February but my zheart Dr. can’t see me until 6 more days. In the interim I question why does my pulse keep rising every single day for 6 days now.....I also have stage 4 Kidney failure. Thanks
