I Have High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Depresseion, Anxiety And

I have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, depresseion, anxiety and the beginning of senility(controlled with meidication), and diabetes (medication and insulin). I have been having leg, finger, feet and back cramps throughout the day and night, and not been able to sleep for about 5 months. I was wondering if this is due to lack of magnesium.
