I Have High Blood Pressure Which Is Controlled With Lisinopril

I have high blood pressure which is controlled with Lisinopril and hydrochlorothiazide. I have also recently been prescribed clonidine for anxiety. Since, I have had serious swelling in my right foot and ankle for 2 weeks. Some left swelling. I also have been told I have blood in my urine at Dr. visits. Can this be related and what could it mean?
