I Have High Blood Sugar, And Sometimes Get High Blood

I have high blood sugar, and sometimes get high blood pressure. I am not sleeping and am exhausted, do you have any suggestions. My blood sugar also plummets during the night, which is on e of the reasons I don't sleep. Can you give me any suggestions please. Also have just taken 2 Benadryl, and i tookmy Simvastatin about 10.30
