I Have High Bp/hypertension Problems, And Diabetic, But Just The

I have high bp/hypertension problems, and diabetic, but just the first stage and my glucose stays from 80-140 taking metformin. recently have a cold that's been hitting everybody around me, and today, I have been seldomly coughing, but I have been acting like I am suffering from a syncope, even though it feels pending when I'm not even coughing. Could this be something more than a cough syncope?
