I Have High Engines In My Liver, My Doctor Took

I have high engines in my liver, my doctor took me off simvastatin for 3 months the I have to go for another blood test, hope that is the cause. I also read that lemon will help clean the liver so I have been drinking hot water with 3 tablespoons of lemon in it n it seems like my urine is bright yellow
