I Have Hives Or Some Kind Of Hundreds Of Very

I have hives or some kind of hundreds of very small blisters on the back side of both hands. I am not sure if it is an allergic reaction to the sunscreen I used or due to sun exposure. I am not sunburned anywhere. The sunscreen worked everywhere. I have had these bumps before. Sometimes i get them on the tops of my feet. Any ideas?
