I Have Hole Or A Split Gum Right Behind My

I have hole or a split gum right behind my lower front tooth , it hurts really bad and feels a little loose , noticed my wisdom teeth are growing in and now the bottom right side is hurting I have no room in my mouth and think my bottom row of teeth are shifting .
Is it because wisdom teeth or ?
I can't speak , it hurts to eat and nothing can't touch that tooth
