I Have Holes That Are What I Guess Natural Occurring

I have holes that are what I guess natural occurring but what it looks like it if my areloa was pierced straight through with a barbell but at each exit/entrance it is black and these passage like hole connect just like a piercing would but they begin as a black bump....hve you heard of something like this before?
