I Have Hot Flashes Tightness In My Chest And Dizzyness

I have hot flashes tightness in my chest and dizzyness after i eat. Im only 23, i do have some anxiety but nothing serious. This is really interfearing with my daily life. I have had blood work done along with ekg's and it seems everything is fine any ideas?
