I have hpv, high risk the result says positive then there is a row that says “flags” with an A and then “range” that says negative. Trying to understand what the A means and what the negative means.

I also have epithelial cell abnormality.
Low grade squamous intraepithelial lesion; mild dysphasia present.

Also predominance of coccobacilli consistent with shift in vaginal flora

Can you help me to understand this?

Worried that I have cancer or that I am precancerous. Hoping I can still have children.
