I Have Hpv Low Grade Pre Cancer. For The Last

I have hpv low grade pre cancer. For the last week I have the worst lower back hip groin and thigh pain on both sides. Now it's mainly on the right side and for the last 2 days I have been peeing every 5 minutes for about 30 seconds every time. I also have the iud and I can't feel my strings. I have an appointment with my doctor in a few weeks but I need answers. It doesn't hurt or burn when I pee. Doesn't smell or no funny color no discharge. I'm just sick of going to the bathroom every 5 minutes
