I Have Hydronephrosis Grade 4 At Right Kidney But It's

I have hydronephrosis grade 4 at right kidney but it's still working so the doctor said it doesn't need to be removed but i was opperated.The question is I can take ecstasy? Because I took a little bit and after that i felt a pain in my right kidney and after few days both kidneys hurt.The pain last 1week after I took some medicaments.I don't know why it hurt me..maybe because I haven't drunk so much water?
